BOOKING PROCESS Q. What information do I need to make the booking? A. The make and model of the motorcycle A. Contact person/phone numbers/address/access restrictions (if any)/alternate contact if primary won't be available for pick-up and delivery A. Dimensions and weight of any additional items A. Whether or not the motorcycle is operable Q. Do additional items incur extra cost? A. To a certain degree, no they do not. Size and weight is a factor in our determination of any extra costs. Q. What are the payment methods? A. We accept credit card or direct credit to our bank account on booking, as well as cheques on pick-up or delivery Q. How much does it cost? A. As there are many different situations for transport feel free to e-mail us directly, inquire through the website or call us for a quote MOVEMENT OF THE MOTORCYCLE Q. Does the motorcycle need to be crated? A. No it doesn't. We provide a roll-on roll-off service Q. Does the motorcycle need to have it's fluids drained? A. No it doesn't Q. Do the keys travel with the motorcycle? A. Yes, it is company policy that keys are transported with the motorcycle (NOTE: Keys that are in a position where they are likely to fall out will be cable tied to the motorcycle) Q. When will I get my motorcycle? A. As soon as possible - We move multiple motorcycles around the country every week so usually you will receive the motorcycle approximately one week after it is picked up |
