Booking Process

What information do I need to make the booking?

• Access restrictions (if any)
• The make and model of the motorcycle
• Whether or not the motorcycle is operable
• Dimensions and weight of any additional items
• Contact phone numbers (both pick up & delivery)
• Contact name & full address (both pick up & delivery)

Do additional items incur extra cost?

• We accept helmets and jackets to ride free with your bike. However motorcycle parts & accessories incure a small charge, the charge is determined on size and weight.

What are the payment methods?

• Direct deposit into our bank account, cheques on pick-up or delivery please make cheques out to FERGUSSON MOTORCYCLE TRANSPORT P/L.

Movement of the Motorcycle

Does the motorcycle need to be crated?

• No as we have a set up and experience with the ”Roll On Roll Off” method. The only time we need to crate a bike is to Darwin.

Does the motorcycle need to have it’s fluids drained?

• No it doesn’t

Do the keys travel with the motorcycle?

• Yes, it is company policy that keys are transported with the motorcycle

NOTE: Keys that are in a position where they are likely to fall out will be cable tied to the motorcycle

When will I get my motorcycle?

• As soon as possible – we move multiple motorcycles around the country every week, so usually you will receive the motorcycle approximately one week after it is picked up. This is determined by volume and destination.
